Right, it's a symlink to the video device object that is created by the 
video (mini)port driver.

Clearly no video miniport driver was loaded here...there's no mention 
neither "vgamp" nor "vbemp".

These hives look ok. How do you build the registry (or install the 
reactos binaries)?
