Hmm, it looks like no one including me (and excluding cvsanon) can 
currently access the repository.

The real problem with the build is that there is both "makefile" and 
"Makefile" in the reactos/lib/dbghelp directory and so it makes conficts 
on Windows (and checks out the wrong one). Can you remove the "Makefile" 
from CVS please?
