[ros-dev] CVS-SVN: when will freeze & convert actually happen?

Rex will announce when CVS is made read-only on the 30th.

If the conversion runs smoothly then SVN might be ready
sometime on 31st otherwise it will be ready on January 1st.
I will announce when it is ready.
