Hi,  

I'm missing the current reactos/apps/utils/*.* and 
reactos/apps/tests/*.* tree in the new structure. It seems that someone 
has removed the reactos/apps/tests/*.* tree from cvs!! I agree with the 
new structure, if the archives are moved and old revisions are not lost. 
I would like it, if the library section is split in dlls and static 
libraries. The static library section  should be split in a generic part 
(independent of the mode), in a kernel mode only part and a user mode 
only part. The generic part can be included into kernel and user mode 
libraries. The mixed part (rosrtl) must be removed in the near future.
