Do you have access to Windows sourcecode? If not, then how do you
know if some parts are identical to ReactOS sourcecode?

Have you ever told Microsoft how they could make their software
better? Also remember that what makes Windows better for you may
make Windows worse for other customers. You can't have it all
everytime.
