debug and backtrace log of described bug.

Running downloader without a downloader.xml config file causes downloader to
present a dialog box indicating that the file is missing. Closing the dialog
box either by clicking OK or the close window button causes the system to crash
through an invalid page fault. 

It appears that IntCreateWindowEx is at fault, as presented below.

(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/window.c:2056) IntCreateWindowEx(): send CREATE
message failed. No cleanup performed!
