Release cycle speed will always be very low if we have trunk full of  
bugs :-)
That's the reason we are putting so much effort into a "working"  
trunk - to have good, non-6-month-old-code releases.

There is an undecided problem: should we rebranch 0.3.1 or release it  
as it is. I prefer rebranching from trunk, but that involves heavy  
bugfixing of trunk, which I want to see any way.
