[ros-dev] mkhive changes

ok, it's not only structures, it's total mkhive's brokennes due to  
duplicating what cmlib now does.

So instead of "fixing" mkhive, it needs to be converted to use cmlib  
too (hint: missing 2nd half of Filip's patch :)). I'm in the process,  
but I will have time to finish it only tomorrow.
